The awards recognize renovators and custom home builders for their hard work, customer service and integrity

I had the honor of participating in the 23rd edition of Rénovations et des Maisons tailor-made last month. The virtual event showcased major projects submitted by RenoMark renovators and custom home builders.

Established by BILD in 1999, the Renovation and Custom Home Awards recognize RenoMark members for their forward thinking designs, customer service and industry leadership.

BILD received 77 submissions in 19 categories, including Best Overall Space Renovation, Best Overall Renovation, Best Overall Custom Home, and the coveted Renovator of the Year award. The submissions were evaluated by 16 industry professionals from across Canada who acted as volunteer judges.

This year’s Renovator of the Year award went to the BRIKS Design-Build Group for their commitment to customer service, their contribution to building trust in the renovation industry and their work. at the level of the Association.

BRIKS customers were impressed with the quality of the company’s work and how it was able to get the job done on time and on budget. True to the RenoMark brand, BRIKS customers received a guarantee for the work performed and customers felt the renovator went above and beyond to deliver an exceptional project with excellent service and aftercare.

Kingsgate Luxury Homes won the Best Overall Custom Home award for their project in North York. They also took home the award for best custom home of over $ 1 million. Leprevo Design-Build won the award for best custom home under $ 1 million.

CCS Construction Group Limited was awarded the prize for the best overall renovation for its project in Pickering. CCS Construction also won the award for best renovation with an addition of less than $ 500,000.

Lifestyles by Barons Inc. won the award for the most unique space customization. This award recognizes the most creative and innovative adaptation of the existing space to the lifestyle and requirements of the owners. Lifestyles by Barons Inc. received two other awards: Best Kitchen Renovation over $ 100,000 and Best Bathroom Renovation.

Matthew Vincent Building Group received two awards, one for the best basement renovation and the other for the best overall space renovation. Method Homes also won two awards: Best No Add-on Renovation Over $ 500,000 and Best Condominium Renovation Under $ 200,000. Alair Homes also won two awards. They walked away with the best kitchen under $ 100,000 and the best renovation without adding $ 250,000 to $ 500,000.

One prize each was Inspire Homes Inc. for the best renovation with no additions under $ 250,000, DSBG for the best renovation with an addition of over $ 500,000, WC Meek Design & Construction for the best renovation of condominiums under $ 250,000. $ 200,000 and Gatti Brothers for the best innovative renovation.

This year’s winners exemplify the quality of work, customer service, creativity and integrity that homeowners can expect when working with a RenoMark renovator or custom home builder.
